Usage recommendations:

1. Before inserting the menstrual cup, wash your hands thoroughly with mild antibacterial soap and dry them. Assume a comfortable position. For example, squat or place one foot on the toilet or edge of the bathtub.

2. Fold the cup by pressing on the middle of the rim from one side (refer to the pictures in the instructions).

3. Insert the cup into the vagina with the folded edge facing up: it should be positioned slightly below the cervix. The correct position can be found by locating a firm, round formation in the vagina.

4. The manufacturer recommends removing FUN CUP every 6, maximum 8 hours for comfortable well-being. If you have heavy periods, remove and rinse the cup more frequently.

5. Before removing the menstrual cup, you also need to wash and dry your hands. Use your pelvic muscles to press on the cup, then squeeze it with two fingers to remove it. Do not use foreign objects such as tongs for removal!

6. Rinse the cup thoroughly with warm water. Be sure to use unscented soap when washing to avoid irritation. Pay special attention to the indentation during cleaning.

7. For deeper cleaning, boil the cup for 3 minutes in clean water. Do not use any cleaning agents other than those allowed in the instructions.
