Bathmate Hydromax Valve Repair Kit

Included: Hydromax valve – 2 pcs; Hydromax valve cover – 1 pc; special keychain-tool for unscrewing the valve – 1 pc.

To disassemble the valve, use the special keychain-tool for unscrewing the valve. Disassembly: - Find the special grooves on the valve cover. - Insert the flat part of the tool into one of the grooves and gently lift the valve cover by approximately 1 mm. Apply moderate pressure to avoid damaging the plastic. - Similarly, lift the valve cover from the other side by 1 mm. Try to remove the cover by pulling it upwards. If the valve cover does not come off, repeat the process. - Once the cover is removed, take out the valve to replace it with a new one.

Assembly: - Place the new valve in position, with the soft seal facing down. - Put the valve cover back onto the body and ensure that the valve moves easily in the cover's groove. - Then press down on the cover so that it snaps into place. Apply steady but moderate pressure to avoid damaging the valve or cover. – Done!
