Instructions for use:

1. Before inserting the menstrual cup, wash your hands thoroughly with mild antibacterial soap and dry them. Get into a comfortable position. For example, squat or place one foot on the toilet or the edge of the bathtub.

2. Fold the cup by pressing the middle of the rim on one side (refer to the diagrams in the instructions).

3. Insert the cup into the vagina with the folded edge facing up: it should be positioned slightly below the cervix. You can find the correct placement by locating a firm, rounded formation in the vagina.

4. The manufacturer recommends removing the FUN CUP every 6, maximum 8 hours for comfortable wear. If you have heavy menstruation, remove and rinse the cup more often.

5. Before removing the menstrual cup, you must also wash and dry your hands. Use your pelvic muscles to push the cup down, then pinch it with two fingers to remove it. Do not use foreign objects for removal, such as tweezers!

6. Rinse the cup thoroughly with warm water. Be sure to use unscented soap when washing to avoid irritation. Pay special attention to the indentation during cleaning.

7. For a deeper cleaning, boil the cup for 3 minutes in clean water. Do not use any cleaning products other than those approved in the instructions.
