We offer the Femintimate Pelvix Concept pelvic floor muscle recovery exerciser. This device was developed during a comprehensive study of the constitution of the pelvic floor muscles and surrounding organs, in close cooperation with gynecologists, urologists, physiotherapists, and obstetricians. The pelvic floor is a system of muscles and ligaments that surround the lower abdomen (torso) and support the correct position of the bladder, uterus, and rectum.

The main symptoms of pelvic floor problems are:

  1. Involuntary urination, lack of control over bladder filling and emptying.

  2. Genital prolapse, where pelvic organs descend below their natural position, causing a feeling of bulging in the external genital area.

  3. Pelvic pain, bladder or urethral pain.

  4. Sexual dysfunctions, expressed as disturbances and discomfort during sexual intercourse.

All of this prevents one from being oneself, disrupts social relationships, and leads to a loss of joy from leisure and sexual activity. This can result in a loss of self-esteem and social isolation, even leading to depression.

With the Femintimate Pelvix Concept pelvic floor muscle recovery exerciser and a set of exercises, we offer you to solve existing pelvic problems or prevent their occurrence. The exercises are aimed at increasing muscle strength and elasticity, improving urethral closure, and preventing urinary incontinence. By using the Femintimate Pelvix Concept pelvic floor muscle recovery exerciser for 15-20 minutes over 1-4 months, provided the exercises are performed regularly and correctly, you will achieve significant improvement in the condition of your pelvic floor muscles. You can consult with your gynecologist to track the results of pelvic floor muscle recovery.

Essentially, the Femintimate Pelvix Concept pelvic floor muscle recovery exerciser is a modification of Kegel vaginal balls, but it has serious differences that allow us to speak of it as a unique, standalone exerciser. Firstly, the weight of the product. Vaginal balls have a constant weight, while the Femintimate Pelvix Concept exerciser allows you to change the weight of the capsule from 19g to 63g. This allows you to start using the exerciser without much difficulty and dynamically increase the load.

Secondly, it's the shape. Classic round vaginal balls have a spherical shape — on the one hand, women note discomfort and difficulty when inserting the balls and some unnaturalness when removing them. The capsule of the Femintimate Pelvix Concept exerciser has a complex shape that allows for maximum results and convenience. The front, more elongated part minimizes discomfort during capsule insertion. The ribbed middle part has a restorative and stimulating effect on the vaginal muscles and allows for a larger muscle area to be engaged than ordinary balls. The front part of the capsule has a mushroom cap shape, which is as natural as possible for correct muscle contraction. The entire shape of the exerciser capsule takes into account the therapeutic recommendations of the specialists involved in its creation – it is more natural for the vagina than classic balls.

The Femintimate Pelvix Concept pelvic floor muscle recovery exerciser consists of a hollow capsule of complex shape and three balls of different weights and sizes. Start exercises with the Femintimate Pelvix Concept exerciser using only the capsule. Gently insert the capsule into the vagina, as if it were a tampon. It is held in place by passive (involuntary) muscle contraction or with a slight effort from you (active contraction). The capsule should remain inside for 15 minutes, during which you need to move, walk, stand, but not sit or lie down. The capsule tends to descend and fall out due to its own weight, which causes a reflexive contraction of the pelvic floor muscles to hold it in. This provides targeted physiotherapy for these muscles.

The exercise should be repeated daily until holding the capsule inside becomes easy and comfortable for you. Once this happens, you can move to the next stage by increasing the weight of the capsule with the smallest ball. To do this, unscrew the capsule and place the ball inside. Then repeat the exercise daily with the new weight, then replace the small ball with a medium-sized ball, and then insert the largest ball. When you can comfortably feel at ease with the large ball inside the capsule, use the large and small balls together for the maximum weight of the exerciser.

The approximate recovery period is 1-4 months and is individual for each woman. Do not exceed the exercise duration (15-20 minutes) - this can lead to increased muscle fatigue. Treatment with the Femintimate Pelvix Concept pelvic floor muscle recovery exerciser is completely natural and does not involve the use of medications. Treatment can be carried out independently or under the supervision of a doctor.

The Femintimate Pelvix Concept pelvic floor muscle recovery exerciser is made of 100% medical silicone and contains no phthalates, does not cause allergies, and does not alter the vaginal microflora.

Before and after each use, wash the exerciser with neutral soap and dry it. To facilitate insertion of the capsule into the vagina, use a small amount of water-based lubricant. Store the exerciser between exercises in the pouch that comes with it. The Femintimate Pelvix Concept pelvic floor muscle recovery exerciser is for individual use – do not share it with anyone else, do not give it away, and do not accept it if it has already been used. Keep the exerciser out of reach of children – it contains small parts that are dangerous for children. The exerciser should not be used during pregnancy, menstruation, or in the presence of vaginal infections.
